the story of my life
I'm so mad and pissed off right now. so here we go!
I found this video tonight by accident but I love Social Distortion and it reminds me of being young and having fun. You know, when life was honest and easy going.
I'm still honest and easy going. But life isn't. So fuck it.
I was willing to live life sincerely, but I've become hardened to the realities of it all. I had an "I dont give a fuck" attitude in high school, which I grew up to realise wasn't appropriate for a woman, but now that I'm a woman, I realise it's the only attitude to have, otherwise you will be stomped all over like I was when I was 15 and in a Mosh Pit.
Life is brutal, not fun, challenging and unrewarding for the most part.
